What Public Verification Can and Cannot Tell You

Public records and official registries are critical for basic due diligence, but they have inherent limits.

✓ Registries CAN Prove:
  • Legal corporate existence at time of registration
  • Registered corporate address
  • Authorized legal representatives
  • Official tax or company ID numbers
✗ Registries CANNOT Prove:
  • Current product quality or manufacturing capability
  • Availability of claimed inventory
  • Current financial health or hidden debts
  • Safety of sending an advance payment

If you require certainty regarding production capacity or quality, public information is insufficient. In such cases, coordinating a physical factory visit or hiring a local independent professional is strongly recommended.
